Bushmen's Smokhouse has gone from an idea to a well known spot in the Lakeland in a relatively short time. We opened the food truck a few years ago and have since fed thousands of happy customers. We also developed a catering end of the business that is getting bigger by the day. Please note that during private events the food truck may be closed to the public. Just went and got a late lunch and although they were sold out of the ribs this poutine has more than made up for it!! Good food, quick service!! Love it, for sure will be a stop for us from now on!!!

Had the Chilotle Burger on Thursday and was blown away by the flavour! Had the pulled pork sandwich and loaded potato salad today and was just as thrilled! Great job guys!
